NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
There is a Public Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at a Public Hearing of the Lee Township Planning Commission held at the Lee Township Hall, 1485 West Olson Rd, Midland MI, Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments will be presented. These amendments were written to revise the procedures, requirements, and standards for Signs, Chapter 6 of the Lee Township Zoning Ordinance; for Special Use Standards which is a Supplement to Chapter 7 to add provisions pertaining to Solar Farms; Proposed Chapter 8a which is the Site Plan Review, an Amendment and Supplement to the current Chapter 8; Proposed Chapter 14 Tents & Recreational Vehicles, Proposed Additional Chapter to existing Zoning Ordinance, which is all by authority of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended.
