PAYMENT

Ÿ Please make check payable to LEE TOWNSHIP. We accept full or partial payments.

Ÿ Always include the Property ID to ensure accurate payment.

Ÿ Receipts will be mailed only if you include a self-addressed stamped envelope with payment.

Ÿ We accept postmarks for payment date.

Ÿ We do NOT accept credit or debit cards.

Ÿ If paying with cash, please have the EXACT amount. We do NOT have change available.

Ÿ Do not mail cash.

TOWNSHIP TREASURER SCHEDULE

Ÿ My office at 1969 W Hines Rd will be open 9-6 on Wednesdays only from July 01 to September 08. Also, I will be in my office September 14 (last day to pay taxes without penalty).

Ÿ If you are unable to make those office hours, please call for appointment or use my locked drop box.

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR TOWNSHIP

ROADS

· Prepare Olson Rd for paving – 7 mile to M-30

· Chip and seal: Prairie Rd – 9 to 11 mile; Stewart Rd – 7 to 8 Mile; 9 Mile Rd – Gordonville to Bradford; 11 Mile Rd – Olson to M-20

PARK

Ÿ We have two grants for the proposed splash park. Total is now $125,000.00

WATER

Ÿ Grants and low interest loans are available for elderly and low income residents.

Ÿ The plumbing permit is available at the Township Code Authority as well as information about the curb box to house portion of the water system. Hookup permits available at Water District #1 as residents are notified.
