The Supervisor called the meeting held at the Lee Township Hall to order at 8:03 P.M.

Present were Trustees Tom York and Linda Kellogg, Clerk Ron Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, and Supervisor Mike Glynn.

Item 1. Bill Stewart moved supported by Linda Kellogg to move into public hearing at 8:04 P.M. to consider the 2009-2010 fire department operating assessment. Motion carried by voice vote. The Supervisor then opened the floor to questions and comments from the audience.

Item 2. Bill Stewart moved supported by Tom York to move out of public hearing and into general session at 8:19 P.M. Motion carried by voice vote.

Item 3. Bill Stewart moved supported by Tom York to set the fire department assessment at 2-mills for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. By roll call vote Tom yes, Linda yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Mike yes. Motion carried.
