Minutes from the November 25, 2008 Special Meeting

The Supervisor called meeting held at the Lee Township Hall came to order at 5:10 P.M.

Present were Trustees Tom York and Linda Kellogg, Clerk Ron Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, and Supervisor Mike Glynn.

Item 1. Bill Stewart moved supported by Linda Kellogg to purchase an 8 x 8 x 20 steel storage container from Dobson Movers. By roll call vote Tom yes, Linda yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Mike yes. Motion carried.

Item 2. Bill Stewart moved supported by Linda Kellogg to appoint Tom York to the Lee Township Planning Commission as the Lee Township representative and Linda Kellogg to the Midland County Township Code Authority as the Lee Township representative. By roll call vote Tom yes, Linda yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Mike yes. Motion carried.

Item 3. Ron Rippee moved supported by Linda Kellogg to appoint Bill Stewart as Lee Township’s representative to Water District # 1. By roll call vote Tom yes, Linda yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Mike yes. Motion carried.

Item 4. Bill Stewart moved supported by Tom York to move the township hall, fire department, and compactor’s telephone/fax service to AT & T. By roll vote Tom yes, Linda yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Mike yes. Motion carried.
