The Supervisor called the meeting held at the Lee Township
Hall to order at
Present were Trustees Mike Glynn and Dale Wolfgang, Clerk Ronald Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, and Supervisor David Yost. Present from the Fire Department were Chief James Bade Jr, Assistant Chief Daryl Amrozowicnz, and Captain Raquel Bade.
Item 1. Mike Glynn moved supported by Dale Wolfgang to direct the Fire Chief to issue documented verbal warning to the fire fighter without turn out gear during the vehicle extrication run # 216 dated July 3, 2007. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill no, and David no. Motion carried.
Item 2. At 8:25 P.M. Mike Glynn moved supported Bill Stewart to move into closed session to discuss letters from the Fire Chief and the Assistant Fire Chief. Motion carried.
Item 3. At 9:25 P.M. Mike Glynn moved supported by Bill Stewart to move into open session. Motion carried.
Item 4. Bill Stewart moved Mike Glynn for the fire department for assign an officer on a monthly rotation to make up training. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 5. Mike Glynn moved supported by Dale Wolfgang to rescind his motion recorded in item #1. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 6. Bill Stewart moved
supported by Mike Glynn for the Fire Chief to document a discussion to be held
as a fire department training exercise highlighting the way to improve the
shortcomings arising from the
