Hall to order at
Present were Trustees Dale Wolfgang and Mike Glynn, Clerk Ron Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, and Supervisor David Yost.
Item 1. Mike Glynn moved supported by Dale Wolfgang to adopt the Resolution of Tentative Declaration of Intention to Make Improvements. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 2. Bill Stewart moved supported by Mike Glynn to purchase a new 4-yard compactor at a cost of $18,673.68. Dale no, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 3,Dale Wolfgang moved supported Mike Glynn to pay $1,000.00 for the use of a 4-yard used compactor to be temporally installed at the compactor site until the new compactor can be delivered. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 4. Bill Stewart moved supported by Mike Glynn to allow Doug Eastman the discretion to set Dave Eastman’s hours of work. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 5. Ron Rippee moved supported by Mike Glynn to award Lee Township compactor tire savage rights to Doug Eastman effective May 14, 2007. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 6. Bill Stewart moved supported by Ron Rippee for the park caretaker to contact J & D Plumbing to repair the water system at the park. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
