Minutes from the September 18, 2007 Joint Meeting

The joint meeting between the Lee Township Board of Trustees and the Lee Township Planning Commission came to order at 6:48 P.M. Present were Trustees Mike Glynn and Dale Wolfgang, Clerk Ron Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, Supervisor, Planning Commission Tom York, Planning Commission Secretary Carol Alexander, Darla Rippee, and Lee Thompson.

Item 1. Reading of the proposed new Lee Township Zoning Ordinance continued.

• The majority reached agreement that the Township cannot acquire non-conforming property without the property owner’s willingness to sell.
• The majority reached an agreement that the two parking space requirement in Article 5 section 5.04 shall not apply to residential property.

Meeting adjourned 9:15 P.M.
