The Supervisor called the meeting held at the Lee Township Hall to order at 7:02 P.M.
Present were Trustees Mike Glynn and Dale Wolfgang, Clerk Ron Rippee, Treasurer Bill Stewart, and Supervisor David Yost. Guest Jess Atwell spoke detailing Midland Tomorrow’s efforts to encourage business development in the Midland area.
Item 1. Dale Wolfgang moved supported by Bill Stewart to approve the minutes from the June 11, 2007 meeting. Motion carried
Item 2. The Treasurer’s report was read and placed on file.
Item 3. Bill Stewart moved supported by Dale Wolfgang to approve payment of the general township bills as presented with the additions of:
$16.50 to Carol Alexander for postage
$81.75 to the Midland Daily News for legal publishing
$95.00 to I-Commander for July 07 access fees
$312.50 to the Midland County Treasurer for trailer park fees
$744.56 to the Midland County Clerk for tax mailings

Item 4. Bill Stewart moved supported by Dale Wolfgang to approve payment of the fire department bills as presented with the addition of $79.00 to Capitol Communications Equipment for copier maintenance agreement. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and David yes. Motion carried.
Item 5. Bill Stewart moved supported by Mike Glynn to approve the payroll payment. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and David yes. Motion carried.
Item 6. Bill Stewart moved supported by Mike Glynn for the park caretaker to purchase a leaf blower. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.

Item 7. Mike Glynn moved supported by Ron Rippee to accept Larry Smeltzer’s proposal to paint the park pavilions. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
Item 8. Bill Stewart moved supported Dale Wolfgang to continue with Campbell & Couster as the Township’s auditor. Dale yes, Mike yes, Ron yes, Bill yes, and Dave yes. Motion carried.
